The high-speed motorized spindle has been wildly used in the field of aerospace processing, due to its advantages such as high speed, precision, and efficiency. CNC machine tools for processing products require machining accuracy, once fails, it will seriously affect quality product processing. Thus, is important study faults spindle, especially caused by subtle errors. In this work, a dynamic model with unbalanced mass fault inclination established, natural frequencies mode shapes are calculated using whole transfer matrix method (WTMM). deflections initial end different situations discussed when two happen independently. results show that deflection same sensitivity at speeds. At third order frequencies, greatest regardless occurs. Although rotates could cause shapes. lower happens, shape an arched shape, while concave shape.
